Best Film: 35mm, though I did used to like the 110. Now I’m digital.

Best TV show: Balamory – watch for the hidden subplots!

Best TV commercial: Get Sky Plus, you can skip them.

Best crisps: McCoys Chilli and Lime Tortilla

Best place in North Yorkshire: Kirkby Overblow… just because the name is great.

Favourite smell: Food cooking… hmmmn.

When I was a kid I always wanted to be: A digger driver.

Most famous person I’ve ever met: Ed Bretten.

I couldn’t live without: Air, Food, Water… honest I am taking this seriously.

The TV character who’s most like me: No one, but the script is available for commissioning. I could save ITV. Honest.

I’ve never laughed so much as when… We went out on a Minster FM night out and an ex-collegue asked for a few chilli’s from my pizza. They were very hot so I gave her plenty. She gulped them down. A shame she’d mistaken chillies for peppers.

When I’m not on the radio I can be found… spending time with my family… awrr!

If I was an electrical appliance, I would be a… computer… mostly quite useful but not always user friendly.

If I had one wish, it would be: To win a brand new DVD player in a box and it’s silver.
